Business located in specified Oregon counties may join.

Business located anywhere in Washington state may join.

Immediate family of anyone who is eligible for membership (or of deceased members) may join. Relatives include grandparents, parents, spouse, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, half-siblings, aunts, uncles and domestic partners.

“Qualifying members of the immediate family; including, grandparents, parents, spouse, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, half-brothers, half-sisters, aunts, uncles, and domestic partners of any person who qualifies or qualified for membership and of deceased members who qualified for Unitus membership at the time of death.”

Membership is open to members of the American Consumer Council. Unitus partners with ACC and offers a free ACC membership during the account application to establish eligibility.

“Members of the American Consumer Council (ACC) are now eligible to join Unitus Community Credit Union at no additional cost... When you apply for Unitus membership ... select the option: 'I'd like to join ACC for free to qualify for membership.'”

Individuals who serve as directors, volunteers, retirees or contractors for organizations located anywhere in Washington state are eligible to join even if they do not live or work in the field of membership.

“Directors, retirees, volunteers, and natural persons under contract to work for organizations located anywhere in the State of Washington are also eligible to join.”
