People who live, work, worship, or go to school in Clark, Skamania, Cowlitz, or Lewis County, Washington may join.

Businesses and other organizations can join if their members or employees can join OnPoint. The board can set conditions.

“Business and nonbusiness organizations composed of individuals who are eligible for membership, or whose employees are eligible for membership, may be admitted to membership and participate in the services of the Credit Union subject to such conditions as the Board of Directors may establish.”
