Immediate family members of current or retired City employees, and any person who is a permanent member of, and participates in the maintenance of, an eligible member's primary household, can join.

Current or retired municipal employees -- Individuals who are current or retired municipal employees of the City of Long Beach, City of Signal Hill or the Long Beach Police Officers' Association (including departments, bureaus or instrumentalities) may join.
