Individuals with an eligible connection to Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, Skamania, or Wahkiakum County, and businesses or organizations based in those counties, may join.

Individuals with an eligible connection to Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, or Tillamook County, and businesses or organizations based in those counties, may join.

“We’re open to anyone who lives, works, worships, conducts regular business, or goes to school in: … Columbia, Clatsop, Tillamook, or Lincoln counties in Oregon … Businesses and organizations based in those counties may also join the credit union.”

Immediate family members or anyone living in the same household of an eligible individual may join.
